I started The Calm Collective because I kept seeing women in their 20s and 30s go through so much on their own — the anxiety, the self-doubt, the constant feeling of being overwhelmed. I've been there too. Through my own experience with reflective practices, I learned how much can shift when you slow down, get curious about your patterns, and start moving forward with purpose. That's exactly what I help women do now. I'm not a therapist — I'm someone who genuinely believes you already have the answers inside you. Sometimes you just need the right space to find them.
