About us

Life coaching built for your 20s and 30s

The Calm Collective supports women around the world navigating anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm through reflective practices and supportive guidance. While our services are not a substitute for therapy or medical care, they are designed to support personal growth and emotional well-being and can serve as a meaningful complement to professional mental health care.

About Brittany

Hey, I'm Brittany — the founder of The Calm Collective. This space exists because I've lived it. The anxiety, the self-doubt, the constant noise that makes it nearly impossible to hear your own thoughts. I know what that feels like, and I also know what's possible when you finally slow down and start doing the inner work. That's what changed everything for me — and it's what I built The Calm Collective around. It's a warm, welcoming space for women who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and all the messiness that comes with being human. Here, you'll find the tools and support to quiet the noise, reconnect with who you really are, and start moving forward with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot more calm.
